We are pleased to announce that we are now integrated with Amazon S3 for the storage of Agent and Customer related files. This service is FREE for all clients and requires ZERO configuration.

In the past, if you wanted to store files such as a signed contract on a Customer’s account, you had to set up a local shared drive in order to save those files. Now, users of QuickTel can immediately start saving any type of file on an Agent’s or Customer’s account. Users in multiple locations can view and access the files without having to do any special configuration. The files are stored in Amazon’s S3 data archiving system, which has become the standard for remote file storage. This service is being provided free of charge to all of our clients.

Plus…we will be allowing clients to upload additional files using the XML API. This ability enables you to push files to QuickTel automatically from third-party or in-house systems.
