BeQuick Kicks Off 2010 With New Automated Inbound Fax Messaging Service

BeQuick is pleased to announce our newest QuickTel feature, Automated Inbound Fax Messaging. With this exciting feature, our customers can now receive inbound fax messages that are automatically stored in QuickTel. Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, QuickTel automatically routes the received fax messages to specific subscribers’ accounts. This feature is especially helpful for our customers who offer Lifeline government subsidized phone service or any provider who needs to collect and store signed fax documentation. This service automatically captures the fax and attaches it to the respective subscribers’ account in QuickTel as a stored file. QuickTel SMS Texting Is Here!

BeQuick is pleased to announce an exciting new QuickTel feature just released in our November update. Now, our QuickTel customers have the ability to send SMS Text Messages to their subscribers based on predefined events or other triggers within the system. For example, upon the completion of an order, a text message can be sent to the subscriber saying “Your telephone service is now ready”. Or, for example, a text message can be sent with a reminder of an upcoming bill: “Your telephone bill is due in 2 days”.

The text message templates can be setup very easily in the QuickTel Back Office Configuration Portal within just a few minutes. (See the screenshot below) You can even embed variables such as the subscriber’s current balance or telephone number into the message. BeQuick hosted a very productive Partner Sales Meeting yesterday at our new corporate offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We had a group of six partners fly in for an all day strategy planning session in an effort to synchronize and strengthen our sales efforts in 2010 and beyond. The event was a great success and we look forward to putting our plans into action right away.
