Billing & Printing
Pricing by Location
Any plan, product or fee in QuickTel can be assigned multiple price points. The price point that the customer receives can be based on such factors as State, Zone, OCN or CLLI.
Tax Inclusive Pricing
Any plan, product or fee in QuickTel can be made tax inclusive. This gives you the ability to simplify your advertising and it makes your customer invoices more consistent from month to month.
DUF processing
On a regular basis, your DUF files are downloaded and processed for pay per use items such as 3-way calling, 411 and collect calls. Over 25 different pay per use call types can be billed.
CDR processing
On a regular basis, records from your LD carriers are downloaded and processed. All major LD carriers are supported such as TMC, Global Crossing, Qwest and Red River. Supports processing of “project pins” for project costing on printed invoices. Exception report emailed daily. Report includes list of ANI’s that could not be located in QuickTel. Also includes list of ANI’s that are Inactive in QuickTel but still are receiving LD traffic.
Late Fees
For customers that are past due, according to the criteria that you specify, a late fee is automatically charged. This late fee can either be billed immediately to the customer or appear on their next invoice. Late fee can be a flat fee or a percentage of the amount past due. List of customers receiving a late fee emailed daily.
Scheduled Billing
Daily, weekly or monthly billing can run on a regularly scheduled basis. All bill cycles can be reviewed for accuracy prior to bill posting. Voiding/re-running of bill cycles can be easily done and require no intervention by BeQuick technical support.
Taxation
Full BillSoft tax rating is included (over 90 different tax types supported). All local/LD/internet items are automatically taxed. Customer jurisdictions are automatically determined. Various tax reports are available to tally taxes owed by jurisdiction or tax type. City/County/State/Fed taxes can be switched on or off for each Customer.
Freedom to use almost any printing vendor
BeQuick does not require you to work with a particular printing vendor. Select the printing vendor that best meets your needs and cost requirements.
QuickTel will process your CABS billing
On a weekly basis, system can remove non-billable calls and process your DUFs for your CABs billing. Call sorting can include removal of calls by incoming or originating CIC.
e-Bill
Customers can now enroll in e-Bill, a feature eliminates paper bills and instead sends an email alert to the customer when their bill is ready to be view and paid online.
