Payments
Process Credit Cards and ACH payments
Full credit card and ACH integration is included via Chase Paymentech Services. Credit card and ACH payments can be made via QuickTel or directly by customers online. Credit cards can also be pre-authorized prior to taking new service orders.
AutoPay Automatic Credit Card /ACH Payments
Customers can enroll in pre-authorized debit program for either their credit card or bank account. Enrollment can be completed online or via QuickTel. If Customer enrolls online, their credit card or bank account information will be checked for validity. The Customer’s credit card or bank account will be debited monthly on their due date. Exception reports emailed daily.
Green Dot MoneyPak Integration
Subscribers can now purchase a Green Dot ® MoneyPak tm at major retail locations including: Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, RadioShack, Wal-Mart and many other retailers nationwide.The MoneyPak turns cash into digital money allowing customers to instantly use it as a form of payment to set up new service and/or pay their phone bills. All a Subscriber needs to do is purchase the MoneyPak at any participating retailer, and then call the CLEC they are paying and apply the payment. Because BeQuick and Green Dot are integrated in real time, the payments are applied immediately and in some cases, the Subscriber’s can avoid suspension or even have their service automatically restored.
Accepting Payments from IPP Payments of America
Established in 1994, IPP of America is the largest national network of independent Neighborhood-based payment centers, currently servicing more than 5,500 retail locations in 43 states, and processing over 900,000 transactions every month. IPP has tapped into the growing customer demographic of underserved cash-paying customers for financial services. IPP offers a wide range of alternative financial services including bill payment, prepaid wireless, prepaid long distance, and prepaid stored value cards. Subscribers may pay their phone bill at a participating IPP location and the payment will be applied in QuickTel.
Money Gram Integration
Can provision new MoneyGram orders directly from QuickTel. Payments made via MoneyGram are automatically downloaded and posted. Exception reports emailed for payments that fail to post.
Integrated with Western Union SwiftPay
Can provision new SwiftPay numbers directly from QuickTel. Payments made via Western Union are automatically downloaded and posted. Exception reports emailed for payments that fail to post.
Lock Box and Batch Payment Processing
Easily upload payment files from lock box providers. You can also quickly enter payment information when processing batches of checks or money orders.
