Reporting
Ad Hoc Reporting Feature
In addition to over 150 predefined reports, QuickTel offers an ad hoc reporting feature that provides some flexibility and control of the criteria and output.
Bill Batch Verification
For each bill batch created, the system will analyze each Invoice for duplicate or previously billed calls. This verification process is useful for spotting ILEC or LD carrier over billing.
Daily Exception Report
This report sent via email each day alerts you to billing and plan setup issues before they impact your customers.
Scheduled Reporting
System can automatically send reports via email or FTP on a scheduled basis.
UNE-P usage monitoring
Total minutes of use per UNE-P TN will be tracked even if not billed as individual calls. Reporting added to identify high usage TNs. This monitoring enables you to spot dial-up customers that need to be switched to Resale or DSL service offered by your company.
