Provisioning

XML/EDI Provisioning
ILEC orders can be provisioned through QuickTel or the over the Web via our patented provisioning system. Unlike other OSS vendors, BeQuick owns its own provisioning system and does not go through a third-party provider such as NeuStar or Concretio. This allows for a higher level of provisioning automation and lower transaction fees. Currently, QuickTel is integrated with the following carriers for automatic provisioning:

  • AT&T Midwest (Ameritech, EDI)
  • AT&T Southeast (BellSouth, XML)
  • AT&T Southwest (SouthWestern Bell, EDI)
  • AT&T West (PacBell, EDI)
  • Qwest (XML)
  • Verizon West (EDI)
  • Verizon East (EDI)

Least Cost Provisioning
QuickTel can automatically determine the best (least costly) way to provision a particular order for a new customer. Based your ordering rules, the system will determine the best way to provision the customer and will then use the set of provisioning codes that corresponds to that order type.

Zero-Touch Orders
Suspend, disconnect and restore orders are instantly and automatically provisioned according to your business and ordering rules.

Automatic Billing upon Order Completion
When provisioned service orders complete, the system automatically bills the customer and updates their status and adjusts the line status as appropriate. For example, if the order is for a new installation, the system will bill the customer based on the actual activation date and change the customer status to Active.

Automatic Provisioning for Dial up and Long Distance
QuickTel includes integration with Reunion Communications and iZoomOnline for the automated provisioning of Dial-up Internet service orders. Activation, Suspend, Renewal and Disconnect orders for Dial up service can now be automated. Setup and provisioning rules are available with easy to follow configuration instructions.
