Web-based Ordering
Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world. Customers will also be able to sign themselves up for service online from your Web site via a fully branded step by step order wizard.
Order Wizard
The wizard first determines the correct zone for the customer and then shows the qualifying plans and finally allows the customers to select optional features. The order is then fed into the Service Order Manager for provisioning after capturing the customer’s personal and address information.
Payments
The Web Order tool can be configured so that payments can be required at the time of the order or the order can be submitted without payment and held in a “pending payment” status until payment is received.
Instant Quote
This handy feature provides your CSR’s or self sign-up subscribers an instant view of the order estimate for the first month’s charges plus any itemized or deferred charges, including all applicable taxes. Plus, it shows what the subscriber can expect to pay each month thereafter.
