Our mission at BeQuick is to provide the best customer experience in the industry. This means timely resolution for all support issues and easy tracking of any pending issues, configuration changes or customizations. The Support Services Team is the key reason BeQuick enjoys one of the highest customer retention and referral rates in the industry.

Dedicated Account Contact

For all support issues, each client is assigned a single point of contact on the BeQuick account management team.
The following are examples of issues that should be directed to the Dedicated Account Contact:

  • Software Installation Questions
  • Configuration & Setup Questions
  • Billing Questions
  • Provisioning Questions
  • Software Changes or Customization Requests
  • Report Requests

Support Hours

Live support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time, except for major holidays. Holiday hours are announced in advance via email.

Proprietary Support Tracking System

A support tracking system is included in the suite of online tools that comes with each QuickTel configuration. From the support tracking system clients can submit new support issues and track existing issues.

The following are examples of issues can be tracked via the support tracking system:

  • Connectivity Issues

Online Support

The QuickTel University Online Knowledge Base is here! This sophisticated and easy to use system is an all encompassing online training and education tool for QuickTel users that includes articles, how-to’s, FAQs, best practices and Webinars.

After logging into the QuickTel University system, users are able to stay up to speed on the latest features, watch Webinars that demonstrate how to use the QuickTel system and learn how to configure and use sections of QuickTel.

The QuickTel University online training and knowledge base system is very simple to use and navigate and includes a powerful Google-like search tool that enables users to find exactly what they need when they want it.
